Mind have produced some excellent Wellness Action Plan (WAP) templates to help facilitate a conversation about wellbeing and mental health between an employee and line manager. The Wellness Action Plan is a useful tool to help us identify what keeps us well and what impacts our mental health. They allow the individual to fill out the plan before the conversation with their manager which helps alleviate any fears over what will be discussed and enables both parties to prepare. A great tool.
ACAS provide some useful guidance on how to support mental health in the workplace. They discuss the law and how to provide a supportive environment to those living with a mental health condition. With links to other resources, its a great place to look.
The Mental Health First Aid England website has some great resources including helpful posters, guides to introducing MHFA’s into your workplace, tips on managing wellbeing whilst remote working plus much more handy information.

The HSE have a whole section of their website dedicated to managing stress in the workplace. With workbooks, risk assessments and tool kits, its a great resource.
